This WebCast can be viewed from your personal computer by simply clicking the link that will be provided to each registrant approximately 2 hours prior to the WebCast event.  The following system requirements are necessary: 

1.  A Windows-based personal computer, not a Macintosh.  If you only have a Macintosh computer for viewing, click HERE to see suggested software and setup instructions. 
2.  A broadband (highspeed) internet connection (not dial-up).
3.  Windows Media Player-Version 9.0 or greater.  If you need to upgrade your version of Windows Media Player, click HERE.
NOTE:  If the above system requirements are met and you still cannot view the WebCast, please contact your technology administrator to determine if your local settings are blocking or prohibiting streaming media. 
If you still experience problems, click HERE to request assistance connecting to the WebCasts.

Registration for each WebCast will end 2 hours before the actual presentation.  If you miss the deadline you will still be able to view the WebCast by accessing the archived program (usually 1-3 working days after the presentation).

Please have each person that will view the each WebCast register individually with their own name.

This form will not allow you to leave certain fields blank.  If you wish to leave an information field blank, please type N/A in the field.

Registered participants will receive an initial confirmation email from OTAC indicating we have received your online registration.  If you do not receive this initial confirmation email at the email address you provided above within 2 working days, please contact us at 1-800-687-5730, ask for Dixie.  Approximately two (2) hours prior to the program, registered participants will receive a second email with a link to access the webcast from your personal computer.
